This program contains six modules that you will progress through over six weeks. Each module has two unique Qi Gong routines that you will practice weekly. Each routine is 10-12 minutes long, making it easy to fit into your day. This variety helps keep your practice fresh and effective, engaging different parts of your immune system. This method promotes steady growth and prevents boredom, making it easier to stick with the program and see results. Each week, you’ll practice Routine A on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and Routine B on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Plus, you’ll get two bonus seated Qi Gong routines, perfect for a quick and effective boost to your energy and immunity.

week 1 - Introduction
Kent introduces us to the practice of Qi Gong. He explains how to use this program, as well as the main areas of the body that we will be working with.

Week 1 - Routine A
Kent guides us through a some gentle stretches to improve flexibility and increase circulation. Flows include "Between Heaven and Earth" and "Pulling Down the Heavens" to help center our energy and cultivate internal power.

Kent starts class with Kidney breathing and gentle movements improve circulation. He then went into "Arm Spirals" to enhance overall flexibility.

Week 2 - Introduction
Kent introduced us to some of the vocabulary used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. We learn about the Dan Tiens, Dai Mai, and Wei Qi.

Week 2 - Routine A
Kent leads us through some gentle breathing and stretching exercises to enhance lung capacity. Flows go into "Pebble in the Pond" to help us tonify the spleen, stomach, and Dai Mai.

Kent starts class with "Wave Breathing" and "Knocking on the Door of Life" to activate our energy and open the meridians. Flows go into "Soaring Crane" to improve the health of our lungs and support the immune system.

Kent shares helpful techniques to release toxic energy and bring harmony to our immune system.

Kent starts class by activating our energy and warming up the body. Flows include "The Fountain" to nourish the kidneys, improve circulation, and increase our white blood cells.

Kent starts class with a powerful technique to wash away unwanted energy. Flows include a new various of "Pebble in the Pond" to help us strengthen our Wei Qi.

Kent helps us deepen our understanding of health and Qi. He also shares a new method for self healing.

Week 4 - Routine A
Class begins with a gentle breathing exercise to strengthen the lungs. Kent teaches us how to open the inner and outer gates of the arms to improve circulation to the hands. We practice "Wrist Cross Flow" to create an energetic barrier that blocks unwanted Qi.

Kent starts class with "Silk Reeling" movements to bring vitality to our joints and bones. Flows include a variation of "Zen Circles" to increase energy and boost the immune system.

Kent introduces us to the practice of "Bone Marrow Breathing". We also learn how to connect with the 3 Forces to cultivate wellness and harmony.

Kent guides us through a series of "Flying" flows. He also shares the practice of "Bone Breathing" to improve bone density and bone marrow.

Kent start class by connecting to the 3 Forces of Earth, Universe, and Nature. We practice "The Lotus Flow" to balance the energies of our body, emotions, and consciousness.

In this class, Kent shares how to grow "The Fountain" into "Embrace the Tiger, Return to the Mountain". These flows are designed to help us harness our power and become as peaceful as a mountain.
